SHIPPING & RETURNS
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Due to this, many of our items have different estimated delivery times. Please see item listing to check the delivery time on your selected item. You will be informed of dispatch and set any tracking information via email.
All our prices include UK mainland shipping. Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands, Islands and Aberdeen are an extra charge.
MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that different products may be sent out from multiple locations, so they might arrive separately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Cancellation cannot be completed if items have already been shipped. All refunds for cancelations will be minus our processing fee which is 1.9% + 30p if paying by card or 2.9% + 30p if paying by PayPal.
Our standard return policy for anything you buy from us is 14 days, unless otherwise stated; (exclusions apply). You must let us know if you wish to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, you then have 14 days to return the item to us. Any returns after this will not be accepted.
If the item is in unused and perfect condition with the undamaged original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a refund (see refund policy). If the returned item is damaged, used, missing any parts or damaged during return delivery to ourselves we reserve the right to deduct from the refund to cover the loss of the items value. The customer is to pay return postage on all returns. Items that are made to order such as GAZ, Goodridge brake hoses etc. cannot be cancelled or returned.
You must notify us immediately if Goods are found to be damaged upon delivery. You must keep the Goods within the original packing and make these available for inspection. Any damages reported after 24 hours will not be covered by ourselves. Images of packaging and damaged parts will be required. In the case of Goods damaged in transit our total liability to you is limited to providing replacement Goods within a reasonable period.
When returning an order to us the customer will be liable for the return P&P costs.
All refunds will be minus our processing fee which is 1.9% + 30p if paying by card or 2.9% + 30p if paying by PayPal, unless taking a store credit.
(Please note, refunds to credit/debit cards take 3-5 working days)
If items are faulty or damaged upon receiving your package these fees will be covered by ourselves and a full refund will be given.
