Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties except where this information is needed to order products. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Credit / Debit Cards
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any product or service through the Website.
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or on commencement of the services that you ordered from us. Prior to dispatch of the product(s), The VDUB Monkeys LTD has the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
The duration of our contract with you will start from when you receive the order dispatch email and last until the last day of your right to return the products.
If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including email) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase. Your order is only accepted once your items have been dispatched.
All of our items have different lengths of manufacture warranty, this should be listed on the item description. If you cannot find this you are welcome to contact us and we can let you know.
All of our parts should be fitted by a competent, qualified professional, we accept no liability for incorrect fitment or damage caused during fitment.
The Seller shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions of the Buyer, failure to follow the Seller's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods by the Buyer without the Seller's prior written approval;
Warranty does not extend to parts materials or equipment not manufactured by the Seller in respect of which the Buyer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to the Seller.
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this warranty.
Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to meet their description is notified to the Seller in accordance with these Conditions, the Seller shall be entitled to replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at the Seller's sole discretion refund to the Buyer the price paid for the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price) but the Seller shall have no further liability to the Buyer.
