Since the UK left the EU at the end of last year it has been very difficult for us to find a way to ship into European Union countries.
We have been working hard to find a solution! At the moment the best option is for us to use a parcel forwarding service. We have chosen Forward2Me!
Forward2me provide you with a UK address which can be entered at our checkout. We will then ship the goods to them and they will forward the package to you!
Easily done in just 5 steps:
STEP 1 - YOU SIGN UP TO GET A FORWARD2ME UK ADDRESS Follow the simple steps to sign up with forward2me and receive your personal UK forwarding address. After you create your account, you will receive your new address.
STEP 2 - YOU ORDER YOUR GOODS Go to your favourite UK or EU shops such as Amazon UK and order your goods using your forward2me address as the delivery address.
STEP 3 - THEY RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL Upon receiving your parcel they may elect to check its contents to ensure it can be safely and legally shipped to your forwarding address. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you only send items that may be legally and safely imported to your country of residence. They will then send you an e-mail informing you of its arrival.
STEP 4 - THEY SHIP YOUR PARCEL You can login to your account and select your preferred courier and pay for the shipping. You can pay with a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer account. If you make payment before 11:00am UK time on a work day then they will typically ship the same day.
STEP 5 - YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES AT YOUR DOORSTEP Depending on the courier you select you can expect to receive delivery of your parcel within 1 to 4 working days of the date of dispatch from our depot. This can vary depending on local customs processes which are outside our control. Customs duties may be payable depending upon the destination country and are your responsibility. You will need to sign for your goods when they arrive.

If you contact us before ordering we can provide you with the size and weight of your package so that you can get a quote beforehand. This way there will be no surprises on shipping costs!
Please note Forward2Me are a separate company and we will not be involved in any shipping except directly to them. Any problems need to be discussed with them directly. Please check the current rules on import tax and duty in your country before ordering as you will be responsible for these!
